Half-Baked Hot Potatoes is an application suite that allows you to create interactive quizzes. It was originally created for purchase but was released as freeware in 2009 with version 6.3 when technical support ceased. It is available for Windows, and can be run on OS X or Linux via the Java Virtual Machine.
You can insert images, links, tables, media objects, and tables into your exercises to create dynamic ones. Hot Potatoes lets you export your exercise as an .HTM file to share with others or as a .ZIP package to print.
