Description
Myriad Harmony Assistant allows you to create and edit music using musical notation software. It is available for Windows OS X and Linux.
The software supports an array of score and audio formats, including MUS, MUX, MIDI, XMZ, CMF, WAV, AIF, and MP3. Harmony Assistant offers many features including a score editor and tablature generator for multiple instruments, composing assistant, as well as an arranger. The application not only offers pre-defined instruments, but also allows you to create your own instrument from sample data. The software is easy to use with a WYSIWYG editor.
Myriad's Harmony Assistant is the most well-known product because of its format support and helpful features. The program is available for free which is a good selling point, as well. There are better musical notation program available, such as MuseScore, but Myriad Harmony Assistant is still a good product.
